Our retained client is seeking a confident customer service administrator for their company in Witham, Essex.

Working hours Monday - Friday 08:30 - 5.00

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be expected to deal with the following duties:

Process job orders and review technical paperwork.
Stock Order and checks on quantity.
Gather quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacturing team
Assist with Trade processing and placing orders for the service team
Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
Uploading new suppliers and updating the database where required
Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract from start to finish
Liaise with customers in an efficient/professional manner, taking orders and processing relevant documentation
Knowledge of reading technical drawings preferrable but not desirable
Scheduling and estimating experience (desirable)
Skills required for the position ofCustomer Service Administrator:

Computer literate
Good working knowledge of excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good level of education
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment order processing (desirable) but training will be given.
Training will be given if you have at least 6 monthse office experience.
